Here is some menus, recipes and holiday dishes appropriate to maintain the diabetic diet. Being a diabetic does not mean that you can not enjoy a good dinner with the family. You can eat well and health care. To do this we offer some general advice and some dishes designed for people with diabetes (both insulin dependent or not).

Tips:

Starters and snacks: 

You can develop a range of snacks that are low in calories and contain no sugar.
